This is the last part of my love letter to the spaceship nostromo and the motion tracker named M314 from the movie Alien, and Aliens (Alien 2).
The whole project was a great opportunity for multiple skill advancement for me.
I created the 3D model with Plasticity where it helped me for replacing Solidworks for faster CAD design tasks.

I created the corridor with procedurally generated PBR textures with height map displacement using Substance Designer. It was real fun to catch a good similarity.

I used Embergen for creating smoke simulations and learned a workflow to import VDB animations into both Unreal Engine and Modo to render complex volumetric effects.
I rigged a hand model in Modo, which I've exported from metahuman. And I created loop animations in Modo for first person player holding the Motion Tracker.
I created a generative sound effect in MetaSounds of Unreal Engine, where motion tracker sends signals every 1.5 seconds.
It was always fun to create animated textures, light setup, camera shake, and level config in Unreal Engine with Blueprints. It was also nice to use my Animated CRT FX pack from the FAB (https://www.fab.com/sellers/CemTezcan)
You can download the corridor demo by this link. DISCLAIMER: I didn't optimized it, so it's not a low-spec computer friendly package.
